Rules

Joining

You must be a resident of the UK or Ireland (or Northern Europe) to play in the ladder.

You can only have one account on the ladder from the same I.P. If you need another login for a family member, please contact us.

Once you have an account on the ladder, only you can use it.

Requirements to playing

You must have a broadband connection to play.
You must have Pes Launcher to arrange games.
Screenshots MUST be provided in the event of a dispute.
Fraps can also be used as evidence.

Game settings

Match Length = 10 or 15 mins
Match ExtraTime = YES
Penalties = NO
Condition = NORMAL OR RANDOM
Season = Any
Weather = Any apart from snow
Injuries = Yes

Rules for playing a game

If the game lags, be sure to pause the game and message your opponent in the chat room. If the game becomes unplayable, be sure to alert an admin.

All games played in ANY lobby between two ladder players will be treated as a ladder match. If you are playing a friendly against another ladder player, TAKE A SCREENSHOT of you both agreeing. Also, only play friendlies against players you know and trust wont say the game was a ladder match.

You MUST use a non modified roster file. This means you cannot play on the ladder if you have any stat or transfer changes to your players.

After a game

If the game ends in a draw, simply replay the game, or call it quits.

The loser MUST report the result on this web site, failure to do so straight after your game can result in a points deduction and a yellow card being issused. Persistent non-reporting of matches will result in an outright ban.

Screenshots MUST be provided with any dispute. It only take a second to capture a screenshot, so there really is no excuse not to get a screenshot after each game.

Not playing

If you have not played in 30 consecutive days you will automatically become inactive. All your account details will be kept intact, however you will be removed for the ladder until you have become active again. To become active again, simply play a ladder game. Once the report for that game is entered you will be visable on the ladder again.

Lagging

Lagging will not be tollerated and can result in an immediate ban.

If the game lags, be sure to pause the game and message your opponent in the chat room. If the game becomes unplayable, be sure to alert an admin and capture the lag on fraps.

Abuse

Any form of abuse to fellow players may get you a warning card or ban. Any racist or homophobic comments will not be tolerated in our chat room. Cheating in the game will result in an outright ban.

A warning card may be issued to you if you break the ladder rules. Warning cards will expire at an admin's discretion. Too many of these cards, and you will be banned.

Disputes and Warnings

The dispute system can be found here. Please use this to register your dispute which will dealt with by an admin.

All disputes to go through dispute system. They will NOT be dealt with in the launcher.

Disputes will only be dealt with if evidence is provided. Fraps is available and it only takes a second to push a button and get a screenshot.

Yellow cards will last for 3 months.

1st non-report/offence = yellow card + 30 points deducted
2nd non-report/offence= yellow card + 60 points deducted
3rd non-report/offence = 1 month ban

Any other yellow issused to result in 30 point deduction.

Banned 3 times in a 12 month period will result in a life ban.

Bans

Any player banned for any reason can appeal against the decision. The player can then make his appeal to an appeal panel made up of 3 admins. The panel will then vote to reinstate the player or uphold the ban. The panel will be made up from the admin who banned the player, an admin that the player chooses and an admin who will be choosen by the original admin who banned the player.

There will be a banned list in the admins forum section, to which admins WILL add details of any player they ban. They can then keep track of whos been banned and for what.

Players taking it 'over the top' with abuse etc in the launcher can recieve a timed ban. ie: 60 mins for offensive behaviour at admins discretion.

Club v Country

You may play club v country ONLY if both players agree to this before playing. Please take a screenshot of you both agreeing this just incase there is a problem.

Headstarts

Any games played with one player having a 'headstart' will NOT count towards ladder. These games will be classed as null and void.
